Pukkino One.
A modular system for running surf camps. It grew out of an early prototype, is used every day at a surf camp in Sri Lanka, and is under active development.

AI email with approval
Guest enquiries are read, travel dates recognised and availability checked. The reply only goes out once the team approves the draft.

Guests and bookings
Bookings in one place, kept in sync with the Google Sheets the camp already works with. Occupancy, arrivals and departures at a glance.

Surf and yoga
Surf coaches see their guests and track progress. Yoga teachers plan their classes directly in the app.

Modular
Each camp switches on only the modules it needs.
The AI only works with facts stored in the system. If a draft states a price, date or availability that the data doesn't back, it is discarded and the enquiry goes to the team without a draft.
Pukkino One connects to a camp's Gmail account through Google OAuth. Which data this involves is explained in the privacy policy.

I self-host where it makes sense, for example n8n on my own server. Where a cloud service is the better choice, I tell you exactly which data goes there.
