Pukkino One

Operations system for surf camps

A modular system for running surf camps, grown out of an early prototype. It is used every day at a surf camp in Sri Lanka and is under active development. Pukkino One reads guest enquiries from Gmail, checks availability in the camp's Google Sheets and drafts a reply. The team reviews, edits and approves it, and only then is it sent.

Smart Inbox

Email automation with approval and a review dashboard

An earlier build for teams that answer a lot of similar emails: n8n pulls new messages from Gmail, OpenAI categorises them, extracts customer details and writes a draft reply. Urgent requests trigger a Slack message. In a dashboard, a person decides what gets sent. The same idea now sits at the core of the Pukkino One email module.

Invoice OCR

Reading incoming invoices automatically

Invoices arrive as email attachments. The workflow reads them with OCR, extracts the relevant fields and writes them straight into a database table, with validation and error handling. Nobody has to type invoice data by hand anymore.

Landing page for a surf fashion brand from Sri Lanka's south coast, from first idea to launch. The sign-up form writes straight into Google Sheets, an animated carousel shows the colourways, and the site runs on its own server.
