Terms of use for Pukkino One

This is the English version of our terms of use. The German version (Nutzungsbedingungen) is authoritative if the two differ.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the public demo of Pukkino One at one.pukkino.com and to connecting a Google account to Pukkino One. Camps that use Pukkino One in their operations do so under an individual agreement with us. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

2. Provider

Pukkino One is provided by Philipp Krupka, Pukkino AI Consulting, Königsberger Straße 7c, 21465 Reinbek, Germany. Further details are in the legal notice (Impressum).

3. What Pukkino One is

Pukkino One is software for running surf camps. It is made up of modules, including AI assisted email handling, guests and bookings, and surf and yoga scheduling. Pukkino One is under active development, so features can change.

4. The demo

The demo only uses sample data and is not connected to real systems, customer data or Google accounts. It is there to get to know Pukkino One. There is no entitlement to the demo being available or to any particular feature.

Please do not enter real personal data in the demo. Do not use the demo in an automated way or in a way that disrupts its operation.

5. Use by camps

Access to Pukkino One with real data is only given to camps with an agreement and to the users they set up. Login details must be kept confidential. The camp is responsible for making sure it is allowed to process the data it processes in Pukkino One.

6. AI drafts

Draft replies and other suggestions that Pukkino One creates with AI are suggestions. They are only sent once a user at the camp has reviewed and approved them. The camp is responsible for the content of approved messages.

7. Connecting a Google account

The camp connects its Google account itself on Google's consent page (OAuth). Pukkino One only uses this access for the purposes described in the privacy policy. The camp can revoke access at any time in its Google account. After that, the email features are no longer available.

8. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when features change. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

10. Governing law and contact
