Why I do this

Small businesses have no IT department.

Large companies have whole IT departments. Small businesses often have one person who also handles the tech on top of everything else. That is exactly where I come in.

As a freelancer I know the problem first hand: too many repetitive tasks, too little time for the actual work. With automations, web apps and websites I take exactly those time sinks away. Without a big budget, and without you needing a technical background.

My focus is not the shiny enterprise solution, but the automation or app you actually use every day.

How I got here

First for me, then for others.

I have seen first hand how frustrating manual processes are: hours of answering emails, maintaining data, following up. Time that is missing for the actual business.

So I started automating things and building my own tools. First for myself, then for friends, now for clients. The biggest project to come out of that is Pukkino One, which is now used every day at a surf camp.

I am based near Hamburg and work remotely with clients in Germany and beyond.

Approach

Pragmatic over perfect

80 percent automation that runs tomorrow beats 100 percent that never ships. We start small and build on it in short steps.

No black box

You understand what's happening, can change things yourself and aren't dependent on me.

A person decides

Where AI writes text or evaluates data, I build in a review by a person, especially for anything that goes out to customers.

Sensible about data

I self-host where it makes sense, for example n8n on my own server. Where a cloud service is the better choice, I tell you exactly which data goes there.
